This website is operated by Hunt Jewellers. As a user of this website, you acknowledge that any use of this website by you, including any transactions you make is subject to our terms and conditions below.
Please make sure you read through these terms and conditions carefully before using this website as your use of the website will signify your agreement to be bound by them. You may want to print a copy for future reference.
1.1 We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Any such changes will take effect from when they are posted on the website and it is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions on each occasion that you use this website. Your continued use of the website shall signify your acceptance to be bound by the latest terms and conditions.
Order process
2.1 Please see the How to Order section for information on how to place an order. All orders that you place on this website will be subject to acceptance in accordance with these terms and conditions.
2.2 After you submit an order to this website, we shall send you an e-mail confirming that we have received and accepted your order. No contract shall come into existence until you receive our confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse any order for whatever reason.
2.3 Please take care to ensure that any order you submit to this website is accurate. If you wish to change your order, please let us know as soon as possible. We will try to facilitate any changes that you wish to make to your order before the goods are dispatched to your delivery address.
3.1 We keep stock of most items. Goods in stock will be shipped on the day after we receive your order. Items not in stock can take up to three weeks to be manufactured (usually less than two weeks).
3.2 Shipments are by Fedex (excl. Ireland). All shipments within Europe and the U.S.A are FREE. Shipments outside these regions will have $13 added as a shipping cost on the checkout page. All shipments within Ireland are FREE by Registered Post.
3.3 We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
3.4 All Irish wedding bands are made to order. Due to their specialised nature, we do not keep a stock of any wedding bands. They can take up to four weeks to be manufactured.
3.5 We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.
Payment
4.1 We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.
4.2 The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you of this fact as soon as possible. You will be given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
4.3
Payment can be made in U.S. dollars, Euros or Pounds Sterling. Payment on the site is by credit card – Visa or MasterCard. If you are uneasy about sending your credit card details online, please email us at sales@huntjewellers.ie, send us your contact details and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Duties and Taxes
5.1 All prices quoted on the product pages exclude any VAT or duties. Orders delivered within the EU will automatically have 21% VAT added to the price at the check out stage.
5.2 Any duties and taxes applied by Countries and Governments outside the European Union are your responsibility. If duties apply, our delivery agent will contact you with information on how to make the payment.
6.1 If you wish to cancel your order for any reason, we will be happy either to refund the price of the goods to you or exchange the goods, but only if you notify us and return the goods to us within 30 days of the date when you received the goods.
6.2 You may only return or exchange goods if they are new and unused and contained in their original packaging. If the goods are worn or used or not returned in their original packaging, we will not accept them for return or exchange. We cannot accept the return of any earrings due to hygiene reasons.
6.3 We are unable to refund any Irish wedding bands, unless they are faulty, as they are specialized products and cannot be resold.
6.4 If you return goods to us, please specify clearly whether you would like a refund or whether you wish to exchange the goods.
6.5 If you return the goods for a refund, we will reimburse the price of the goods to your credit card account within 10 days of receiving the goods. You will receive notification of the refund by email.
6.6 For goods that are not damaged you are responsible for the cost of return. If you exchange the goods for other products you are responsible for any additional shipping. We will reimburse you for the cost of returning the goods to us, only if the goods are damaged or faulty.
6.7 The returns policy set our above does not affect you statutory rights.
